53. make the bus look like a trolley
Replace the UCAT Loop bus with a replica of the old trolley that used to run down Main Street from Poughkeepsie to the mountians — it would help the tourist-drawing quaintess of New Paltz while eliminating some of the stigma of riding the bus.

Nice Idea, but in the middle of the winter? Sacramento does not get that cold.
Kingston’s buses have that look so I think there just might be a way to resolve that logistical problem.
There are trolleys with sides and windows! That is why you see them in New England! Winter and all!!!
