61. finish creating the millbrook greenway

Create the Millbrook Greenway around the old Mill Ponds west of Woodland Pond.  This park and nature preserve has been a topic of debate with both the Woodland Pond and Stoneleigh Woods projects.  Both sets of developers have promised to turn the land over for public use and the Town Open Space Committee, in particular former village Trustee Michael Zierler and village Planning Board Chair Ray Curran have some ideas for how to develop this park.
