Also… before we move leaves anywhere we must discourage people from bagging them and shipping them off. There are very few reasons (aesthetically or ecologically) to remove all leaf mulch from a property. We could save gas, money and time, while building soil if fewer people removed their leaves in the fall. Alas public education can be a tricky prospect.
